Mekanism for 1.7.10: Basic Control Circuits are used for a majority of tier 1 machines and are upgradable to match tier 2 machine needs, creating the Advanced Control Circuit.

Pre 1.7.10: Control Circuits are used in nearly all Mekanism crafting recipes, the basic recipes aswell as the advanced ones (creating higher tier factories for example).
